balloons balloons
We took the kids to the balloon glimmer tonight at Waterfront park. Little man had so much fun. He loved watching them light up. He counted all the balloons- he thinks there were 16 altogether. I am not sure how many there were, but it was cute to see him so excited.
Here is a photo of our very favorite balloon.... the one with the cow on it!

Easter bunny!
The Easter Bunny came to our house!!!! Yeah, love easter goodies.
We had a good morning. We got up, checked out our easter baskets, and then had an easter egg hunt. It was so much fun. Reese found some eggs, but Carson found the most of course. Big Brother loved that the Easter bunny brought him candy he could eat.

look at the big girl finding her own eggs..

Wee ball
Carson started wee ball this year. He is dressed up for his first game in this picture.
So proud of his uniform.
showing off the glove...
getting down and ready for the ball....
practicing for the game with Daddy
he hit the ball good right off the tee.... but then he did not want to run! He walked to the base and held onto his helmet- which was way too big for him.
He made it all the way to 3rd base - WALKING!
he scored- GOOD JOB
sometimes the little guy gets tired out there in the field.
getting ready to hit the ball again.
All in all it was a fun first wee ball game. He did the best he could being only 3 years old. It is so entertaining.... all the parents laugh out loud at how cute these kids are. He likes to bat, does not like to pay attention to the other people batting the ball. Has zero interest in playing in the field. But, he really likes to draw in the dirt!
eggs eggs eggs
I forgot to take the camera to the mall. We went to see the Easter Bunny. Reese loved the bunny, did not want to leave the bunny. Carson liked the bunny too, but did not understand why he did not talk to him like Santa did. Reese wore the ears around the whole day.
Here is my girl coloring Easter eggs...
She wanted to throw the eggs, so I could not leave her alone with the egg, or it would have been cracked on the floor.
Every year for Easter we color eggs. This year, Carson did Kung Fu Panda eggs. Reese did the happy face eggs with Mommy.
We had a fun time coloring eggs as you can tell by these photos...
Carson's Kung Fu panda eggs...
He is really good at putting the stickers on the brightly colored eggs.
He is VERY proud of his work.
Making memories I hope they never forget. These are the best times we have together. I remember loving to color eggs for Easter at home with my Mom and Dad. So, I hope they will remember these fun times.

Jumping for joy...
look at that sweet face....
We went to birthday party with a huge inflatable slide and bouncy.
The kids had a ball jumping and sliding.
Here is my boy jumping on the slide. Not a good idea, but he promised to be careful. For his 3rd birthday we made a trip to the Emergency room for this specific move. You would think he would have learned his lesson...
Little sweetie made her first trip down the slide with Mommy and big Brother... such a daredevil.

Zoo Day
Today we went to the zoo with friends.
We had a lot of fun playing with the kids and watching the animals.
The kids love the zoo.
Carson's favorites are the elephant and the giraffe. At least those are his favorites so far this year.
Here is Reese in the stroller. She missed her morning nap, and was very tired most of the day.
here is my little guy climbing on the gorilla....
playing in the park at the zoo....
Good day at the zoo. Beautiful weather. Good friends.
