He is very excited about school this year. He likes that he only goes half day and that he gets to go every day- just like the BIG kids! It is hard to see him growing up. He is not the little boy in the classroom this year. He is a leader in the classroom. He helps other kids find their name tags. He is very brave and enjoys school very much. So far! He seems smart, he can write all of his letters now and can read certain words when he sees them. Wow.... my little baby is growing up. I tell him all the time that I want to keep him little. He says "Mommy, I have to grow up! But I will still be your little boy!" it makes me cry to hear him say that. How sweet.
Well I hope you enjoy your last year getting to come home early and take naps at home. I will miss you so much next year when you go all day long.
Mom made me cry reading this. I am so proud of you too. Carson and Reese are so smart and beautiful children. Millie loves you both so much and so do Uncle Paul and I. I have been watching you both grow into such sweet little people and your Mom and Daddy have done a wonderful job. Love you both, Aunt Sandy
